May 9, 2025. Earlier this year, we shared news of an upcoming transition at the Highland Foundation. Since then, through thoughtful conversations and reflection, a new path has taken shape, one marked by renewed energy, shared purpose and true commitment to our mission.
We are pleased to announce that Theresa Wright will continue as Executive Director of the Highland Foundation.
Theresa’s enduring passion for students, educators, and our community remains as strong as ever. With fresh momentum and alignment between Theresa and our Board of Trustees, we are entering an exciting new chapter focused on growth, opportunity, and impact.
We are grateful for her continued leadership and look forward to the work ahead.
